Workout of the day’ is on the Crossfit program and is the workout everyone does no matter what time of the day. This program has structure and is usually based around a 8 week block to test the results of the work we put in. A program with a little bit of everything. We like to call this the jack of all trades master of none. Anyone on this program can access all the classes on the timetable.
