Want to work on your fitness? Or burn some calories then these are the classes for you. We use rowers, bikes, ski ergs with body weight movements such as burpee, running and skipping in a variety of ways to make the classes varied and fun. The classes are written so anyone at all levels can get an incredible workout and improve their fitness massively.
